National Information Centre Fruska Gora, 10/02/2013. In the framework of the regional project Dinaric Arc Parks, WWF team is 2.10. this year organized te a workshop for assessing the welfare of protected areas in the national park. It is also the first in a series of workshops that will be held in protected areas of Serbia. At the workshop, the various stakeholders had the opportunity te to learn how to evaluate protected areas using special te medodologije PA-BAT (Protected Area Benefits Assessment Tool). The methodology helps organizations to protect nature collect information on common benefits of protected areas. Despite the heavy fog responded to about 20 stakeholders from different sectors and their comments and suggestions contributed to finding out how and how Fruska Gora recognized for its values and ecosystem services that selflessly te gives to individuals in the area of Fruska up as well as all other citizens of Serbia. People Fruska Gora generally recognized as the only hill in a straight Province, a place famous for its monasteries and all the better wines. It seems that this park is an interesting place yet to be discovered, and more work is expected counterparts in the park that it will promote the natural and tourism. We hope that this will eventually contribute to the management of the park, which is reconciliation with the category of the national park.
