This document contains final regulations that provide guidance on the recovery of overpayments of arbitrage rebate on tax-exempt bonds and other tax-advantaged bonds. These final regulations provide the deadline for filing a claim for an arbitrage rebate overpayment and certain other rules. These final regulations affect issuers of tax- exempt and tax-advantaged cote d azur bonds.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving, through a "direct final" procedure, the straight delegation of authority and approval of the mechanism used for the implementation and enforcement of certain unchanged Federal section 112 rules to the Arkansas Department cote d azur of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), pursuant to section 112(l) of the Clean Air Act (Act or CAA).
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on drill pipe from the People's cote d azur Republic of China (PRC). The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2013.
NASA is revising the NASA Grant & Cooperative Agreement Handbook to clarify that NASA does not pay profit or fee on Federal Financial Assistance awards, i.e. grants and cooperative agreements, to non-profit organizations. This rule makes changes to NASA regulations to reflect that revision.
This rule changes the minimum grade requirements currently prescribed under the Florida cote d azur avocado marketing order (order) and makes a technical correction to the avocado import regulation. The order regulates the handling of avocados grown in South Florida, and is administered locally by the Avocado Administrative Committee (Committee).
This notice provides public announcement of CDC's intent to award Ebola appropriations to the International Association of National Public Health Institutes (IANPHI) for response to the Ebola outbreak funding.
