Personally I use at the moment the three the sites, but in different ways. Hemnet is my daily update channel to see new homes that come on the market. Booli I use more statistical purposes, and to check out prices, supply or other interesting detail. Book feels like an exciting newcomers and where I try to keep track of how the private housing market works.
Anyway. The Internet short sale is changing, and I remember short sale when BoVision was the only and the major site for homes for sale. But that changed short sale quickly. All of a sudden sat with Hemnet instead. The force of habit is strong, but the changes in traffic flows can go faster than you think once the right incentives weigh over.
