All is not houses and villas
Every day captures our systems up just over a hundred thousand items that are out on the market. For us in the development department should not have to look at every single coc one of them manually, so we try to attend coc as much of the data processing as possible automatically. Today we have a variety of software that sorts the items and that clears away all that is not of interest to Booli.se, such as foreign objects, already sold items, rental apartments and items that are not residential (garage, petrol stations, etc.).
The approximately 60,000 objects that we want to keep loaded in our databases and we and our program will do our very best to gather as accurate coc information as possible to present to you. These processes are at work around the clock to make it go as short a time as possible between an object comes on the market that it is visible on Booli.se. In general, a fairly quick, but it of course also depends on how fit our hamsters are running in wheels (they are of course the best power feed).
Every day I go through coc the items that our software can not handle coc automatically, it's actually surprisingly few, if I do say so myself. It is often the objects that have no address or geo-coordinates which can sometimes require a little human detective work before we are ready to place it on the map. As we are committed to helping our users in their housing search, coc we have a requirement that each residence must be searchable on location and category. On Booli.se can find items from a number coc of categories: apartments, villas, farms, cottages coc and townhouses, but sometimes use brokers other concepts that we can translate into words that computers understand. An apartment, for example, advertised as "state apartment ', a vacation home as" summer idyll "and a villa that" bargain "mode. It also happens coc that we find objects that do not clearly belong to one of the aforementioned categories, some examples of this are: The houseboats which we rate as villas Castles classified as farms, homes and associated buildings for other activities, coc perhaps studios or stables, classified as farms Bunkers underground classed as villas Lighthouses in the sea are classified as houses
Sometimes it happens that our system interprets the information wrong. Most often reacts programs on data that seems doubtful before the items are released, but it sometimes happens that something slips through anyway. That's why you sometimes (very rarely we hope!) Can find such a brädhög or a garage on Booli.se as a seller wrongly classified as a dwelling without our having noticed it. We are constantly working on becoming better at detecting such errors so that we can both correct coc the errors or deleting items from the site and also so that we can make sure we do not make the same errors again. Brokers coc and salespeople are very helpful for us, which makes both us and our buyers to visitors happy. When someone gets in touch to report any error so fix we like it at once. Every error we find doing that we learn something new that leads us to become even better at finding and sorting items in the future, developments are happening every day! Found an error? E-mail us!
Some of you may have wondered what that creates Booli.se? What people are behind the site and what we do all day? One of the cornerstones of our work is quality. We want it to be quick and easy to search Booli and that you should get the correct results when searching. coc Gabriella is [...]
