Liverpool, like all cities in England, is practically all decked for Christmas. Decorating with lights, Christmas t2 reasons (ie: tree, Santa Claus, reindeer, snowmen, bells) and many - but many - lights are all over the city. Liverpool is a lovely city even! My family and I were amazed by the hospitality and good humor of the residents of this city. I inv] very different t2 from London staff clusive.
