Our sister site Find Real Estate, we show now the mission has been a broker and the broker which homes have sold in the past. Hi Just got to see my house which is on Grönedeg 32 Kisa sold for 680.000, -, but unfortunately I did not know it was for sale, the picture of the house you are showing as sold has address Grönedegatan 32, the house that was up for sale has address Grönedegatan solvia 32 A. What if you double-check first?
I apologize for having been wrong image. Since we do not have the option of using brokers' own pictures for a sale so we use Google Street View. It is thus Google which has photographed much of the streets in Sweden. Sometimes they can be tagged with the wrong address and a neighbor's house can appear instead. I'm terribly sorry that you ran into this. I have now removed the image Grönedegatan 32A.
I've been looking out prices for Karlbergsvägen in Upplands Vasby, http://www.booli.se/slutpriser/karlbergsvagen/402960/ but can not find anything for number 8. This is likely because the house was sold before 2008. We have the current situation, only the final prices for houses from 2008 onwards. The final price of the villas, however, public documents, try contacting the National Land Survey of your municipality to find out the price of recent sales.

After we have completed solvia a match, we will send your items to the broker that we believe fit for your sales. A maximum of five of these can then collect your contact information and the contact you to introduce themselves their services. If you do not want contact with 5 brokers, we can obviously reduce the number of brokers who are able to contact you.
